Darryl Romaniuk / Company Owner
Darryl founded Rodeo in 1998 when it was nothing more than a one-man operation. Despite having an amazing team that he trusts Darryl is never afraid to jump on the tools and make sure the job gets done.
Cindy Romaniuk / Owner and Admin
Cindy has been with Darryl since he started Rodeo. Cindy has helped Darryl handle the company paperwork since the beginning. Today she’s in charge of office admin including receivables, and payables.

Bob Turner / Senior Estimator
Bob has decades of experience in concrete cutting including everything from working in the field to managing, and estimating. He’s been with Rodeo since 2020.
Bill Thibault / Chief Safety Officer
Bill (Guillaume) has been with Rodeo since 2008. He has worked his way up from a core driller to a GPR scanner to our company safety officer. Today Bill splits his time between managing safety, running scanning jobs, and training our core drillers.

Kurt / Senior Operator and HSR
Kurt is an experienced concrete cutting operator who can run any piece of equipment at Rodeo. He’s also the company health and safety rep. Kurt started with Rodeo in 2015. These days you’ll mostly find him running a slab saw but he’ll never turn down a job on any piece of equipment.
Vasyl / Equipment Operator
Vasyl started with Rodeo in 2023. He can run pretty much any piece of equipment but these days he’s spending most of his time on the wall saw.

Jenna / Office Admin
Jenna started with Rodeo in 2023. Jenna is a trained nurse but she’s trying her hand at learning the ropes of the concrete cutting industry and we couldn’t be happier to have her. These days you’ll find her answering phones or on site taking photos and learning more about the industry.
Serhii / Equipment Operator
Serhii started with Rodeo in 2023 and quickly learned to core drill. Since then he’s also picked up GPR Scanning.

James / Equipment Operator
James has been with Rodeo since 2024. He’s spent most of his time learning core drilling and the wall saw. Today you’ll usually find him running one of our wall saw units.

Justice started with Rodeo in 2024. Since starting he’s learned to operate the core drill and runs his own van most of the time.

Emmanuel started with Rodeo in 2024. He works mostly as a labourer and core driller.

Revaldo started with Rodeo in 2024. He’s currently learning to operate the core drill.

Anish is our newest hire. He started in 2025. Anish is a core drill operator.

Pete started with Rodeo in the Spring of 2025. He can fix most anything and keeps our tools and vehicles running.

Duke / Office Mascot and Guard Dog
Duke has been coming into work with Jenna for a while now and you can usually find him staring out the window or getting grumpy with visitors. But don’t worry, he’s actually a sweetheart and he keeps our spirits up!
